All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR). Juzéfa utilizes secure, third-party payment processors including JCC Smart and other authorised gateways. By providing your payment details, you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

Juzéfa is not liable for any failures, delays, or security incidents occurring within third-party payment processing infrastructure, provided we have maintained compliance with applicable security standards on our end.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched via established courier services operating in Cyprus, including ACS Courier and Akis Express. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

• Home delivery: 4–5 business days
• Collection via Smartpoint lockers or branch offices: 2–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence upon dispatch confirmation. Juzéfa accepts no liability for delays attributable to courier operations, adverse weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Consumer Rights & Returns
